Royal Elizabeth Bond is a purpose-built maturation warehouse facility on the former Royal Navy victualling yard less than 7 miles from Edinburgh city centre.

Meeting the demands of the £6bn Scotch Whisky market REB is Scotland’s largest fully-serviced multi-let maturation warehouse. Capacity exists to mature in excess of 1.1 million casks in a fully managed facility operating at net zero emissions.

Royal Elizabeth Bond comprises forty 2,000sqm warehouse cells in a highly secure former MoD site under full HMRC regulation.

Specified to 13m eaves height each individual cell has racked capacity to hold in excess of 25,000 casks.

The maturation warehousing is complemented by a filling and disgorging facility and empty cask storage ensuring optimal care for customers' precious pre-fill and disgorged casks.

Customers of the facility will have access to Royal Elizabeth House, REB’s Executive Suite.

This series of beautifully designed and high-quality internal spaces are set against the panorama of the Firth of Forth, Pentland Hills and Edinburgh. Each will express the industry: whisky, wood, sustainability and enterprising commerce in a strategic location on the edge of Scotland’s capital city.
